Position Summary

As a Tearista, you’ll be the face of Black Pearl Drinks — crafting drinks with care, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve bubble teas and specialty beverages according to company recipes.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide excellent service.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (work area, guest area, utensils, equipment, etc.).
• Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• No prior bubble tea experience required — we provide full training!
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
• Must be available for at least 3–4 shifts per week, including weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
