Director, Data & ai, Digital Analytics
- Support the Digital & Marketing Data & AI roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
- Translate marketing and digital objectives into scalable data products and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact use cases (e.g., personalization, attribution, segmentation, media optimization, experimentation).
- Oversee development and deployment of analytics and machine learning models into production environments.
- Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices are embedded in solutions.
- Drive adoption of data products and insights through clear storytelling and change enablement.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, analysts, and data professionals.
- 8+ years in Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital/Marketing Analytics.
- 3-5+ years of people or product leadership experience.
- Experience deploying analytics or AI solutions within marketing or digital ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech, digital analytics, attribution, experimentation, and customer data platforms.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in matrixed environments.
