Catering Sales Manager
We have been successful doing larger events and pop-ups as well, so if you'd like to expand there, we're open to it. You own the intro, the pitch, and the close. We handle production, delivery, and invoicing. You get a written agreement, a clean price list, and a direct line to the owners - we do weekly calls discussing opportunities. Compensation This is commission only (no cap), which has significant upside considering once a client orders from us, the typically order again. Who this fits - Current or former catering sales manager at a restaurant, fast casual group, or hotel who's tired of building a book that the house keeps
- Someone from the corporate food world (ezCater, Sharebite, Fooda or similar) who knows the NYC buyer side
