Job Description

Serve as a contract executive recruiter for confidential searches

Partner with Vice President of Talent Acquisition on executive searches from intake/kickoff of role with C-suite to sourcing, networking, screening (aligning on compensation, The Farmer's Dog values, role requirement) to weekly syncs w/ hiring team

Provide a high-touch executive search candidate experience.

Understand and internalize in executive searches the Company's high bar and ethos of never settling, which includes never giving up on finding the exceptional talent needed in the location required.

Work on and fill assigned critical confidential executive searches in the required timeframe
