E-Commerce Assistant

Clic is a high-end lifestyle and concept retail brand. We curate a unique selection of fashion, home decor, contemporary art, and books from global, artisanal designers. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and hardworking E-Commerce Assistant to join our small, dynamic team at our SoHo headquarters.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will manage our fashion and children's categories online while providing top-tier support to our digital customers. You will work closely with our E-Commerce and Marketing Manager to ensure our digital storefront reflects the premium aesthetic and high standards of our brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce and retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising & Product Management: Own the product lifecycle for all Fashion and Kids categories on our website. This includes uploading new products, writing accurate descriptions, and ensuring proper categorization.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for our digital storefront. Respond promptly, efficiently, and professionally to inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat .
- Inquiry Support: Handle a wide range of customer needs, including answering general inquiries about the brand, tracking online orders, processing returns, and resolving product or shipping questions.
- Inventory & Support: Assist with inventory updates and coordinate with the team to maintain a seamless, high-quality shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our in-house photographer and fellow team members to ensure product launches are executed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Shopify Experience: Hands-on experience working within the Shopify platform is highly preferred.
- Customer Service Savvy: Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a natural ability to multitask across chat, email, and phone with patience and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure product pages, pricing, and customer accounts are handled flawlessly.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, organized, and capable of managing daily customer workflows in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Growth Mindset: Highly motivated and eager to learn new systems, tools, and industry best practices.
