How You'll Make an Impact

• Work collaboratively with various teams to support and develop marketing initiatives by creating original content for print and digital collateral, proposals, conference and award submissions, public relations, speaking opportunities, presentations, email campaigns, media outreach, and content for Direct Agents’ website, blog, and publications.
• Support content creation for platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn TikTok), including staying current on social trends and collaborating on timely, culturally relevant content ideas., providing creative and logistical assistance.
• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns by assisting with storyboarding and campaign strategy.
• Help plan, coordinate, and promote events and webinars.
• Gain a deep understanding of Direct Agents’ brand standards, messaging guidelines, and corporate culture to ensure consistency across all content.
• Assist with various tasks across the agency as needed.

Your Background

• Proven experience conceptualizing and managing organic social media accounts, using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
• Experience in creating visually compelling presentations using Google Slides.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong time management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This position is on-site in our NYC office with a time commitment of 3-4 days per week and up to 32 hours on a structured schedule. Compensation is $25-30 per hour depending on experience.
We are not able to offer college credit.

This role is based in our NYC office. You must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance.
