Registered Nurse Qualifications required

»Valid New York State RN licensure.

»Previous practice in case management or superviseing care plans is preferred.

» capability to travel up to 50% to various facility homes.

»Strong communication and interpersonal expertise, with the capability to work effectively in a team and independently.

»Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals with special needs.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:

» supervise care plans for individuals with special needs, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to MD orders.

»Travel up to 50% to multiple IRA's (Facility homes) within reasonable distances, providing on-site care and support.

»Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

»Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans.

»Monitor and document patient progress, providing necessary updates to the care team.
