Hard Requirements
- · 1+ years of experience in sales development or outbound prospecting (SDR or BDR).
- · At least 6 months of SDR experience OR strong signals as a new grad (top school, athlete, performer, etc.).
- · Experience in B2B SaaS or tech company sales environments.
- · Tenure of 12+ months at a single company (no job-hoppers).
- · Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding quota .
- · Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.).
- · Must be willing to work onsite in New York City, 5 days per week.
- · Visa sponsorship is not available.
Role Overview
We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives to help drive growth and introduce our AI platform to the market. SDRs are the first impression for prospective clients and play a crucial role in generating pipeline for our sales team.
You’ll prospect, engage, and qualify leads while learning how to run high-value sales conversations. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll get direct exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and cutting-edge AI technology.

Key Responsibilities
- · Generate new sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects.
- · Prospect leads via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sources.
- · Run cold and warm outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social platforms.
- · Engage directly with decision-makers and leadership at prospective client companies.
- · Meticulously manage and track pipeline activity toward ambitious goals.
- · Use modern sales tools like Outreach.io and Sales Navigator to run targeted campaigns.
- · Collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
Ideal Background
- · Prior experience with strategic or enterprise-level outbound sales .
- · Track record of promotions or advancement in previous roles (e.g., SDR → Sr. SDR or BDR → AE).
- · High self-motivation, adaptability, and a performance-driven mindset .
- · Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
- · Comfort working in a metric-driven environment with individual performance goals.

Compensation & Details
- · Base Salary: $55K–$67K
- · Equity: Stock options
- · Work Policy: Onsite, 5 days per week in New York City
