Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)

Evolutionary Psychotherapy, an integrative mental health practice located in Kingston, NY, is seeking to hire a full time Psychotherapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) who is seeking a collaborative, connected, and accepting working environment with a passion for healing the community by using unique and holistic therapeutic methods.

Essential Functions:

• Offer an alternative or integrative therapeutic modality (e.g., hypnosis, meditation, sound healing, creative arts, nature therapy, movement therapy, reiki, astrological reading, somatic experiencing, EMDR, psychodrama, psychedelic-assisted therapy)
• Host 25 sessions, schedule 28 weekly sessions (FT)
• Be open to working with children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults (or have a niche/specialty area of practice).
• Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care and crisis intervention services.
• Open to establishing and running groups and workshops for our community and staff members (Bring on the creativity! Think of your passions ~ how could you use your interests in a therapeutic way for the good of our community?).
• Maintain current, accurate, and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Dedicated to engaging in continued education and professional development.
• Be excited to learn, create, and share your expertise with our team!
• Be open to utilizing your own personal creativity, intuition, and holistic modalities in the therapeutic setting.

Compensation:

Rate of pay ranges between $60-$130 per clinical session (on average, $75 per session). Average yearly income ranges between $80-90k+ depending on the number of client sessions per week.
