Data Analyst
Location
This position is 100% in-office and reports to our facility on-site in Syracuse, NY (Must be local or willing to relocate at your own expense).
Job Summary

You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, translate business needs into stunning dashboards, and champion cross-organizational data initiatives.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, tailoring them to specific stakeholder needs
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric components to ensure consistency and user-friendliness across data visualizations
- Collaborate with data engineers to gather, transform, and model data for analysis
- Deep-dive into data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership, fostering data-driven decision-making
- Stay current with the latest Power BI and Fabric features and best practices
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, with a knack for creating clear and compelling visualizations
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric principles and design guidelines
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including SSAS and SSRS
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for learning and keeping up with the ever-evolving data landscape
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis
- Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business contexts
- Experience implementing data governance and security measures
