OPPORTUNITY #1Baker / Pastry Sous Chef — Trend-Setting Donut Concept (Midtown NYC)
Join a wildly successful, fast-growing donut concept known for both sweet and savory creations that push creative boundaries. With a strong following and cult-favorite status, this brand is expanding and opening its first Midtown Manhattan location.
What You’ll DoLead daily production of high-quality donuts and pastries
Work with both classic and inventive flavor profiles
Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in high-volume production
Collaborate on R&D and seasonal menu items
Uphold top-tier food safety and cleanliness standards

OPPORTUNITY #2Baker / Pastry Sous Chef — Georgian Restaurant Group & Café (Brooklyn & Manhattan)
A growing and beloved Georgian restaurant group and café is seeking a hands-on Baker / Pastry Sous Chef to support its expanding bakery program.
This role focuses on artisan baking with a Georgian twist , working closely with the Culinary Lab Head and Chef to create unique pastries and dough-based items.
What You’ll DoWork extensively with doughs and laminated pastries
Execute and refine Georgian-inspired baked goods
Support bakery production across locations
Collaborate on new pastry development
Ensure execution, quality, and consistency
Work alongside prep and line cooks to support daily operations
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone excited by cultural cuisine and creative baking.
Compensation & Schedule (Both Roles)
$70–75K base salary
Competitive benefits package
5-day work week
Early morning shifts required
Mixed schedules (to be discussed during interviews)
Strong growth potential as both brands expand
- Ideal Candidate ProfileYou Have:
1–2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
4+ years of professional baking/pastry experience in a bakery or restaurant
Culinary or pastry certification (preferred, not required)
Strong work ethic and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to inspire and support a culinary team
Positive attitude and respect for team culture
Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
Willingness to jump in wherever needed
Passion for learning and growth
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Sharp attention to detail and quality control
Valid Food Safety Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
Flexible availability (weekends & holidays included)
