SKY Armory is a premier special event and banquet venue located in the heart of downtown Syracuse, New York. With four distinctive ballrooms and a reputation for excellence, we specialize in high-end weddings and bespoke celebrations. As we experience a surge in bookings for 2025 and 2026, we are expanding our senior culinary team to meet growing demand and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
We are seeking experienced culinary professionals to join us in roles aligned with Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Culinary Assistant responsibilities. This is more than a kitchen—it’s a place where talented people come to push boundaries, cook with integrity, and grow together.
