How you'll make an impact- Take the lead in ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions .
- Guide the renewal process, secure existing business, and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Address risk management needs through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
- Mentor team members, fostering their growth through continuous learning and feedback.
- Ensure compliance standards are met.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and quality.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience
- A Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to build professional relationships with internal and external partners
- A resilient and adaptable mindset to handle shifting priorities
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work with teams across Gallagher

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
