The FP&A Director will be expected to fully utilize existing system capabilities, deepen organizational adoption, and help identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting efficiency.

10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consolidation, or advisory/consulting (Big 4 or similar background preferred).
Demonstrated experience building or enhancing forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working across multiple business units or entities.
Experience preparing executive- and Board-level presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort creating visually clear, executive-ready materials.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
