Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
- Role responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to long‑term care residents, including comprehensive initial assessments, ongoing vitals monitoring, medication administration per physician orders, wound and skin integrity management, IV therapy oversight, and evidence‑based clinical interventions. Lead dynamic care planning with interdisciplinary teams to set measurable goals, anticipate complications, and coordinate palliative and restorative strategies that enhance quality of life. Provide person‑centered care that respects autonomy, dignity, and cultural preferences, while maintaining rigorous documentation in electronic health records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
