In this role, person will own the CRM product roadmap, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement across sales, marketing, and customer success processes.Key Responsibilities:* Define and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholder priorities* Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical resources to gather requirements and deliver solutions* Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery* Lead Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and data management initiatives* Optimize CRM processes to improve customer experience, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency* Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management* Ensure data quality, system performance, and compliance with governance standards**Fortive Corporation Overview**Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
