Opportunity : We’re seeking an EP drafter to join our Schenectady office.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies)
• Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions
• Organize files, track deadlines, and keep files moving smoothly
• Provide top-notch support to attorneys and clients with care and attention to detail

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning
• Strong drafting, organizational, and editing skills
• Professional, clear communication style
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Initiative, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with ILS software (Interactive Legal)

The posted pay scale is estimated. The salary is dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
