CDL A Driver

Our drivers are key members of the crew—loading up, heading out, and then getting their hands on heavy machinery to bring projects to life on-site.

The CDL Driver position is year-round, with snow removal work in the winter—so you’ll stay busy and engaged in every season.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating excavators, skid steers, and backhoes on active job sites
• Jumping out of the cab and into the action—this is not a sit-all-day role
• Loading, unloading, and delivering materials and equipment to project sites
• Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
• Supporting on-site work like digging pools and site prep
• Handling snow equipment during the winter season
• Maintaining safety standards and required documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• NYS CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• 3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery (excavators, backhoes, skid steers, etc.)
• Someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a crew—not just a driver
• Landscape experience or knowledge of materials is a plus
• Roll-off container experience is a bonus

Pay & Perks:
