Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field
7+ years of property accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting
Proficiency with Yardi (required)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience managing multiple properties or entities
