Position Summary:
PsychAssociates is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team. This in-person role involves providing psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities. We offer flexible scheduling options — full-time or part time— to fit your lifestyle and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with facility staff and family members to support residents’ care
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education as needed

Requirements:

• Active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in New York State (required)
• In Person: Dobb's Ferry, Hastings on Hudson
