Site logistics and manpower planning
Material and equipment management
Scheduling and time tracking
Safety compliance and documentation
Supervise multiple trades and subcontractors
Collaborate with project management to maintain schedule and budget targets
Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete operations
Minimum 3+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent
Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
