Rosina Food Products, Inc. is growing fast – and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance team. With over 60 years of food industry excellence and a recent expansion, there's never been a better time to join us.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in making sure vendors get paid accurately and on time, supporting smooth financial operations across our business.

🔹 Process Invoices & Expenses

• 
  

  Enter and code vendor invoices (utilities, marketing, raw materials, etc.)



• 
  

  Ensure accuracy and proper documentation for each invoice

🔹 Match & Verify Documents

• 
  

  Match invoices with purchase orders and shipping documents



• 
  

  Resolve discrepancies by working with internal teams

🔹 Review Employee Expenses

• 
  

  Check expense reports for receipts, correct account coding, and approval

🔹 Vendor & Team Communication

• 
  

  Reach out to vendors to resolve billing issues



• 
  

  Work closely with department leaders on approvals and follow-ups

🔹 Support Accounting Processes

• 
  

  Help with weekly check runs and digital filing



• 
  

  Assist during month-end close and other reporting projects

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a finance-related role
✅ Familiar with general ledger coding and financial documentation
✅ Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools
✅ Experience with Sage X3 or SAP Concur is a plus
✅ Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
🎓 Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
