Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids for public sector and institutional opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with state, local, and food management clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, and driving successful contract outcomes. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit accurate bid quotes for public sector and institutional opportunities, ensuring 100% on-time delivery.
• Follow up consistently with state, local, and food management clients within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date bid and quote tracking system to streamline operations.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns to keep opportunities progressing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with bid requirements and successful contract fulfillment.
