About the Role:

Constellation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help plan, innovate, and iterate our suite of marketing and dynamic creative technology platforms. This key role will work closely with other product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to push features forward.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer in the development of new features and optimization of existing features


• Meet with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and validate product plans.


• Prioritize and align key features to product vision


• Develop product roadmap, incorporating feedback from customers into overall product strategy


• Conduct market research and assist in overall product positioning


• Communicate directly with Constellation’s enterprise clients to ensure smooth delivery of customizations and bespoke features.


• Translate product requirements into clear and detailed tickets in Jira.


• Work closely with engineers as they complete tickets and participate in UAT to review.


• Participate in agile scrum meetings including sprint planning and daily standups.


• Generate detailed requirements documentation and socialize them with Product, Engineering and other teams as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must have digital media marketing experience


• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience


• Experience working on enterprise technology platforms


• Experience working on advertising/marketing/creative related products


• Experience working on developing product roadmap including impact of product in the competitive market


• Thorough understanding of product marketing, tech, finances, project management


• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills


• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless client–centric focus


• Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving and emotional maturity. Strong attention to detail and time management are essential

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $120,000-145,000

#LI-Hybrid: hybrid positions
