We are seeking an Outbound Events Representative / D2D Sales - AT&T Authorize Retailer to join our team at DTRT! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to connect customers with AT&T services
• Represent AT&T at community events, pop-ups, and partner locations
• Generate qualified leads and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer information and event reporting
• Serve as a professional brand ambassador in every interaction
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and daily performance updates

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with Sales Force and Funnel Management
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
