About the Job
We are looking for an experienced product manager to oversee our portfolio of Curb driver products. This high-impact role will manage the full product roadmap and project-level execution of our flagship driver products. These include the Curb Driver App (iOS and Android) and multiple Android and Windows applications that run on tethered in-taxi tablet devices facing both drivers and riders.
As the Product Manager – Driver Products , you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products and tools that support the success, satisfaction, and retention of drivers on our platform. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts the quality of service we provide and the operational efficiency of our driver ecosystem.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that meet both user and business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong product sense, user empathy—especially with gig economy or field service workers—and is passionate about improving the driver experience from onboarding to long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define the long-term strategy and vision for driver-facing products, aligned with company goals and driver lifecycle needs (e.g., onboarding, compliance, engagement, support, rewards).User Research & Insights:
Conduct user research, gather feedback, analyze driver behavior and usage data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Driver Operations, and Marketing teams to ideate, build, and launch impactful features.Execution & Delivery:
Write detailed product requirements, manage product development lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.KPIs & Impact Measurement:
Define success metrics for each product or initiative. Track performance, identify areas for optimization, and iterate accordingly.Stakeholder Communication:
Present roadmaps, updates, and post-launch outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. Build consensus and secure buy-in for initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to logistics, gig economy, mobility, or workforce platforms.
Demonstrated success delivering user-facing digital products from conception to launch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience building products for non-desk/mobile-first users (e.g., drivers, field technicians).
Familiarity with driver acquisition, onboarding, compliance, or incentive systems.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Technical background or familiarity with APIs, mobile platforms, or backend services is a plus.
