As a part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to search engine products and services. Your Responsibilities:
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to search engine functionalities.
- Utilize various communication channels—including phone, email, and chat—to deliver prompt and effective responses.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance customer service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and improvements.

Who We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
