Physical Therapist $10k sign on bonus
- Job Title: Physical Therapist (Home Health)
- Location: Watertown, NY 13601
- Salary: $69,555.20 – $114,753.60 annually ($33.44 – $55.17/hour)
- Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (No weekends or major holidays)
Requirements:
- Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited Physical Therapy program.
- New York State Physical Therapy License required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs for medically referred patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
- Assist in supervising support staff as needed.
- Document patient progress in compliance with agency policies and regulations
