Real Estate Agent — Fusion Team at Serhant | NYC Rentals & Sales

Fusion Team NYC is hiring licensed real estate agents to join our team at Serhant. We close 100+ deals per year across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens and we need agents who can keep up.

What you'll do:

• Show rental and sale listings to qualified prospects across NYC
• Manage landlord relationships and build your own book of business
• Handle applications, buyer showings and closing coordination
• Work directly with team lead Beatriz Moitinho and a support staff that handles your admin tasks
• Receive lead lists daily using Follow Up Boss
• Close 2/3+ deals per month

What we're looking for:

• Active New York State real estate license
• 6+ months of NYC rental or sales experience
• Available evenings and weekends for showings
• Likes to network and not afraid to lead generate
• Hungry. You want to close, not just show

Strong plus:

• Existing landlord relationships in Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan
• Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin)
• Experience with Follow Up Boss, StreetEasy, or RLS/REBNY systems
• Sales experience (buyer or seller side) in addition to rentals
• Track record of 2+ deals/month at a prior brokerage
