Administrative Assistant(s)

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, time-sensitive tasks simultaneously Minimum requirements include:
- 1 year of scheduling experience
- 1 year of administrative support experience
- Proficiency at Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Calendar
- Valid driver's license
- High school degree or equivalent
- Screening incoming calls, forwarding calls to the appropriate staffer using proper judgment, and taking complete messages when necessary
- Plan, organize, and schedule daily appointments and priorities, while anticipating any issues that may arise and identifying appropriate solutions
- Follow up with all parties (high-level officials, organizations, unions, advocates) to confirm meetings, appointments, and cancellations
- Order and replenish office supplies
- Conduct other duties as instructed and/or necessary in order to help keep the office performing at an efficient level in a high-speed environment
- Log in all incoming and outgoing mail and incoming telephone calls
