Position Details
- Start Date: April - Ongoing
- Schedule Options: Choose between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week
- Call: No call required
- Employment: Hospital-employed program
- Case Mix: Orthopedics, Obstetrics, Vascular, GI, ENT, Cath Lab, and various outpatient procedures
- Supervision Model: Anesthesia care team with a 1:4 MD to CRNA ratio
- Licensure: Active New York State Medical License required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification
- Availability: Full-time availability is a must
- Experience with EMR: Cerner EMR system
- Locum-to-Permanent: Opportunity to transition to a permanent role if desired
- Recruitment Support: Allow RecruitWell to coordinate a phone conversation with the client for further details
- Case logs from the past 2 years.
- Active DEA license.
- Certificates of insurance covering the last 10 years.
- Employment verification for the past 10 years.
- Hospital privileges for the last 10 years.
- Three clinical references from the past 6 months (at least one from leadership).
- Additional certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Infection Control.
