Job Description & Responsibilities
- Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Traditional outpatient practice
- No OB
- Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population
- Collaborative Working Environment
- Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programs.
- EMR-EPIC
- Salary Range $117,000 – $145,000 . This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
- An additional geography stipend of $15,000 for practicing primary care in St. Johnsville, NY
- Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000

Job Qualifications
- National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NYS Licensure
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA Required
