We are looking for a  Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about helping children thrive and

wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven ABA team.

Role Summary:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with

Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans designed

by a BCBA. Your work directly contributes to meaningful skill development and

improved quality of life for the families we serve.

• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
• Consistently implementing behavior intervention plans with accuracy and care
• Actively supporting client progress and celebrating small wins
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and collaborating with the clinical team
• Demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and reliability in all interactions
• Collecting accurate data and writing thoughtful session notes that help the

team see the full picture of each child’s growth and progress

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Collect accurate data and document client progress during sessions
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies consistently
• Communicate session updates and observations to supervisors and caregivers
• Maintain ethical, professional, and client-centered care at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, not required)
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain after 6 months (training and support provided)
