Jobletics Pro is hiring Baristas in FLUSHING NY, to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of barista experience who enjoy crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking dependable candidates who can maintain a clean and organized workspace while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to recipes
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso drinks, and café equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
