Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Schedule:

• Full-time: 36 hours per week

• 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

• Rotational shifts: Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg patients

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License (Required)

• Certifications Required:

  • BLS (AHA or RQI)

  • ACLS (AHA or RQI only)

  • NIHSS

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible, rotating schedules

Additional Information:

• Must be comfortable working rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

• On-call availability required as scheduled
