Key Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead and manage hands-on projects to completion, support strategic thinking throughout all projects; Projects will be in key organizational and talent development spaces.
• Constantly update and follow project plan to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Develops strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels to Inform and engage appropriate stakeholders.
• Analyze, visualize, and present data and results; Create reports and dashboards to support strategic objectives
• Responsible for project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
• Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicates project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develops and maintains project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and reports. Conducts post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Attentive to areas of concern that require immediate attention from CHRO, when appropriate.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities, as assigned to support the office of the CHRO.

Competencies and skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, business, or finance; PMP a plus.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of project/program management; 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; broad experience across Human Resources generalist areas including but not limited to experience in mergers and acquisitions, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, HRIS/HR services, organization design/development, talent and performance management,
• Possesses program management skills including planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, time management, and delivering results with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Advanced MS Office skills.
• Technical skills: need to have a good understanding of the HR function and related technologies and tools, such as HR information systems (HRIS) and project management software.
• Change management skills: HR project managers must be adept at managing change, including the ability to anticipate and manage the impact of the project on the organization's culture and structure.
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective communication plan for project roll out.
• Has proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines, Comfort with ambiguity and motivated to solve complex problems.

The pay range for this position will be 100,000 to 120,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job. Rates may vary in other areas due to differing labor costs.
