office assistant customer service
We are seeking a customer service representative for our Long Island location! This position is within a food service company. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm .
Below are some of the duties that will be performed...
- Review and correct order file status report, transfer order file for routing
- Notify customers or sales reps of item "outs"
- Ensure COAs and Spec sheets are provided to Customers
- Daily invoicing and credit memos
- Credit and Collections, Answer calls and direct to appropriate person
- Research customer and sales inquiries
- Filing
- Providing Vacation relief to sales reps
- Needs experience with spreadsheet software, word processing and 10 key
