Director of Nursing
- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing staff and clinical support teams
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and quality initiatives
- Maintain nursing supplies, inventory and vaccines inventory
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and administrators to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency
- Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
- Complete additional tasks as directed by Assistant medical Director/Medical Director and COO
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- Nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
