ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Maintain and manage a portfolio of personal line accounts, ensuring that their insurance needs are consistently met and their inquiries are handled efficiently.
Account Management: Oversee policy renewals, modifications, and billing entries; ensure that client files are maintained accurately and comprehensively.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to all clients by addressing their concerns, resolving issues promptly, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Sales Support: Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities within the current client base and support efforts to secure new business through referrals.
Record Keeping: Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly, complying with industry standards and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about changes and trends in the insurance industry to provide clients with the most current advice and services.
RequirementsLicensing: Active New York State Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales, particularly within personal lines, is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for effective client interactions.
Customer-Centric: Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service and meeting client expectations.
Organizational Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
