Dental Front Desk

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Desk. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Offering $27- $35 per hour with great benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
Schedule: Monday through Friday, set daily 8 hour shifts; can start as early as 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM as late as
Requirements
Previous experience as a dental front desk
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer software and dental practice management systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
