AI Scientist
Our client, a leader in financial services innovation, is hiring a skilled AI Scientist to join their team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will harness advanced Generative AI techniques to tackle real-world challenges, build comprehensive AI/ML solutions and develop intelligent agents that leverage enterprise data effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy end-to-end AI and Machine Learning solutions tailored to financial services applications.
- Create intelligent agents that enhance the efficiency and insight of various teams within the business.
- Oversee AI Operations and manage pipelines to support Generative AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful, production-ready AI solutions that drive business value.
Skillset
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience developing and deploying Deep Learning or Machine Learning models.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), information extraction, embeddings, re-rankers, agentic frameworks, model architectures and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong background in AI Operations, distributed computing, algorithms and data structures.
- Demonstrated success in bringing Generative AI solutions into production environments.
- Solid understanding of model evaluation methodologies and ongoing performance monitoring practices.
Benefits
- Salary: $135,000 – $225,000 DOE.
