Well run MD/OD practice is seeking a full scope optometrist to provide routine & medical based care. While the position is primarily comprehensive optometry, there is also ample opportunity and support to cultivate a subspecialty niche. Practice is well-managed, allowing providers to enjoy work-life balance with no evenings & no weekends. Efficiently-run modern offices featuring a beautiful optical shop and state-of-the-art equipment, including Heidelberg OCT, topography, Lenstar, and Octopus visual field analyzer. Western Massachusetts and the Pioneer Valley offers natural beauty with easy access to a wide array of outdoor activities, from skiing to cycling to rock-climbing. Local colleges (UMass-Amherst, Amherst College, Smith College, Hampshire College, and Mount Holyoke College) offer cultural events, including theater, fine arts, and live music.
