Job Overview

As an Admin Assistant , you will support the day-to-day operations of a cooperative community in Bayside Queens, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Bayside Queens, NY

Key Responsibilities

• - Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests.
• - Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
• - Rent & Payments: Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records.
• - Administration: Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized.
• - Team Support: Work closely with senior property managers and contractors.
• - Property Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
• Attend monthly board meetings as required

Compensation: $21-22.50/hourly
