Part Time Administrative Assistant:
The NY Kite Center has an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Administrative Assistant. We are a small team, so punctuality, scheduling flexibility, and teamwork is essential. Position Responsibilities:
- Answering Phone
- Managing incoming emails
- Data Entry
- Greeting Customers
- Field questions about lessons and gear
- Filing Invoices
- Assist with customer scheduling of school lessons
- Assisting Operations Dept. with various task & projects
- Make follow up calls to customers as needed
- Assisting with Social Media task
- Assist with scheduling Instructors
- Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Process repairs and warranty claims
- Assist with inventory count
- Maintain cleanliness of facility
- Assist with sales
Job Qualifications:
- 2-5 years administrative experience
- Phone experience
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Working with Social media & Google Office system
- Able to work independently
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
- Strong customer service skills
Schedule:This is a part-time position with estimated 10-20 hours per week.
