Order Fulfillment Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely shipment of products. Also, pick and pack customer orders for shipment while receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in assigned locations
- Process returns and handle reverse logistics when required
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers for dispatch
- Ensure order accuracy and quality before shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
- Follow safety procedures and company operational guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily shipping and fulfillment deadlines
