@Home Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists for per-visit in-home care across NYC and Long Island. Our fee-for-service model allows experienced clinicians to build a highly productive and rewarding caseload.

• True Flexibility: Choose your days, hours, and service areas across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island.
• Efficient Scheduling: Cases clustered geographically to minimize travel.
• Strong Administrative Support: Intake, scheduling, and documentation systems handled for you.
• Consistent Patient Flow: Established referral network with steady volume.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Professional: Active Occupational Therapy license in New York State.
• Clinical Experience: Background in adult OT, with home care experience a plus (not required).
• Strong Communicator: Able to build trust with patients, collaborate with team members, and represent the practice professionally.
• Tech-Comfortable: Familiar with EMR systems or open to learning (we provide training).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide one-on-one, personalized therapy to older adults in their homes, including evaluations, treatment, and functional assessments.
• Own Your Schedule: Coordinate visits directly with patients, giving you control over your time and coverage area.
• Drive Patient Progress: Create and adjust individualized treatment plans to support consistent improvement and outcomes.
• Stay Organized: Complete timely, accurate documentation using our streamlined, web-based EMR system.
• Maintain Compliance: Keep credentials current and follow all Medicare, HIPAA, and company standards.
