Sam’s of Gedney Way seeks passionate and knowledgeable servers to elevate our guest experience. The perfect candidate should have a keen ability to guide guests through exceptional and seamless dining experiences and private events. If you possess a refined set of service skills and adaptability, we invite you to apply. One year of fine dining experience preferred- In depth knowledge of food, spirits, cocktails and wines.
- Must have availability (Days, Nights, weekends).
- A strong work ethic is a must.
- Team player mentality – must be able to work well with others.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask.
- Ability to understand and speak about menu items.
- Maintain composure during busy times.
- Must have a basic understanding of fine dining service.
- Must be able to problem solve and be open to constructive criticism.
- Punctuality is a must.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
