This position at Mosquito Joe is seasonal position taking place during the active mosquito spray season, typically between April and October. You job will then transfer into a Holiday Seasonal lighting position from November to March. The number of hours worked per week can vary depending on customer needs, technician preference and availability.

What We Do:

• Up to $3500 in bonuses
• Holiday Pay, Commission and Referral Bonuses
• Mosquito Joe provides services to make Outside Fun Again for our customers. We provide mosquito control and pest services to residential and commercial customers, killing and repelling outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks and fleas.
• Technicians are trained mosquito and pest control experts who travel to customers in company vehicles to apply barrier spray solutions that keep their yard mosquito and pest free for 21 days or provide special events services to keep guests chatting and laughing instead of scratching and slapping.

What Youll Do

• Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, ticks, and/or fleas and other pests at customer locations
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting any problems
• Maintain accurate and complete records according to New York State requirements
• Participate in team meetings
• Complete training and education requirements
• Thoroughly explain to the customer the expectations for services and procedures
• Explain and promote our services to potential customers

Requirements

• Able to walk customer properties while carrying equipment weighing about 60 lbs. for long periods of time in warm temperatures
• Have a valid drivers license
• Reliable
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Friendly with great communication skills
• Comfortable driving to customer locations
• Self-confident
• Professional
• Detail oriented
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
• Quick learner

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
