HVAC Service Tech

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to customers throughout Onondaga and Oswego Counties. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of heating and cooling equipment for residential and commercial clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle and equipment
• Utilize a company-supplied iPad to manage work orders, service tickets, and documentation in the field
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding daily service calls and job status
• Collect payment for services when required and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork
• Monitor and maintain required inventory levels on the service vehicle
• Identify and recommend equipment upgrades, service agreements, and accessories when appropriate for the customer
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on any equipment issues as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC service
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid NY Driver’s License
• Ability to work in both residential and commercial environments
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain a drug-free workplace

Compensation

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour to start, based on experience and performance. Additional earning potential through commission, bonus pay, overtime, and tips.
