Line Cook

Position Requirements:

• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items to ensure consistent quality and presentation standards.
• Lead and support cooks at your station, providing direction and ensuring efficient workflow during service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu items and kitchen operations to ensure seamless service and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with the Manager on Duty (MOD) and kitchen team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during shift.
• Prepare daily staff meals in accordance with kitchen guidelines and available ingredients.
• Ensure strict compliance with all state and CDC health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift, following proper sanitation protocols.
• Adhere to uniform, hygiene, and safety standards as outlined by company policy.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the entire shift.
• Exhibit professionalism, strong multitasking skills, and a collaborative team spirit in a fast-paced environment.
